My commiserations. When you get tired, try FreeRadius and a sensible 
server OS.

A glance at the output says it might already be running so you can't run 
a 2nd copy (the "failed to bind" messages). Check that.

Then I'd suggest asking on a Funk forum, as opposed to the mailing list 
for a *competitor* of theirs :o)
