If both connections terminate on the same router at your site, BGP will
automatically do the right thing ("use the route that was seen for
the longer time").  Just let it do its job :)

If the connections terminate at different routers, this won't work, as
the "eBGP before iBGP" rule will then lead to both connections being
used - in that case, I don't know an answer off-hand.
