The feature you are looking for is "Network Address Translation (NAT)
Integration with MPLS VPNs". Good writeup on how to implement called
"Integrating NAT with MPLS VPNs" at:

There does not appear to be support in the 12.2S release trains for the
feature as of yet. The major releases listed are 12.2T, 12.3, 12.3T, and 12.4.
