So what you're saying is that two unframed DS-3's won't work over 100 Mbps
Ethernet, correct?

Just FYI for anyone interested, we use these products and although they work
very well, they add about 40%overhead.  So for example a T1 will use a solid
2M, which is not terrible if bandwidth is cheap where you are, but it can be
a bit of a pain when bandwidth is at a premium (like it is for us).
