[c-nsp] sup720 upgrade on Cat6k

I've done that several times. The fastest one was done in approx
the time it takes for the 720 to boot with minimal diagnostics
(i.e. at few minutes), though that requires a bit of preparation.

Why keep it off-list? It's likely that someone else will have to
do the same.
