We are doing that here at UMN-TC. It should work if you write your ACL to
account for DHCP broadcast. You can use dest IP of 255.255.255.255

Subject: [c-nsp] Broadcast forwarding on an FWSM

Is it possible to do broadcast forwarding (for DHCP and PXE) through an
FWSM? I'm looking for something similar to IP helper addresses and directed
broadcasting. I know it seems fairly bizarre to put something behind a
firewall only to turn that sort of stuff on, but we have a need for it. I
don't see any mention of it in the FWSM 3.1 configuration guide.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
John
