[c-nsp] cisco LX to HP

I have a 3750 -12g layer 3 switch that I'm trying to connect to a HP
4000 over a LX single mode.

 

The Cisco comes up and has link but the HP does not have link.  Has
anyone seen anything like this before?

 

The Cisco is running 12.2.25see1.
