[c-nsp] Monitor IP local pool

If you want to monitor how many ips are used/free from each local pool, then there is a snmp mib 
that can help you (only in latest ios).

http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseMIB.do?local=en&mibName=CISCO-IP-LOCAL-POOL-MIB

Otherwise you have to make a custom script that processes the output from "sh ip local pool" ;)
