[c-nsp] CSCdy80039 : Does anyone know what fill_mbuf_ids_que is?WCCP Issues?

Hi,

I've discovered that the crashed switch was the active default gateway for
both CEs, so some type of error on this switch could potentially scupper the
WCCP return traffic from both CEs.

It's odd that this would apparently only returning WCCP traffic. As far as
we know if was correctly routing other traffic correctly (until the time of
the crash).
