[c-nsp] Tunneling analog t-1

If it's a radio station STL (Studio-to-Transmitter Link) then it's
probably not channelized. My guess is it's a proprietary data-over-TDM
setup carrying something like CD audio, which is right about the same data
rate as a T1 can carry. Way back in the day I worked at a recording
studio and Sprint pestered us about trying their "the Drums" service which
was a lot like this setup, and would let you do things like have a singer
in a different city from the studio.

You might want to try some of the broadcast equipment manufacturers and
see if they have anything available to do what you want. I know there are
products to run HDTV over SONET transport, there are probably similar
devices for radio use. Maybe try Harris, they make a lot of broadcast
gear.

AFAIK, Cisco does not offer anything that can do this. Does your customer
have to use a T1? Can they maybe run their presumably analog content into
an encoder that will talk IP natively?
