[c-nsp] unsupported transceivers

hi again,

we managed to solve this issue on the 7200 platform by downgrading the IOS:

router#sh ver | i IOS
IOS (tm) 7200 Software (C7200-P-M), Version 12.2(14)S17, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
router#sh int gi 0/3 | i media
  Full Duplex, 1000Mbps, Auto-negotiation, unknown media type
