[c-nsp] Etherchannel

I need to configure a giga etherchannel between a c7600 and a c3560 (c3560 works in layer 2). The question is if its possible to configure load balancing in layer 2 upstream and downstrem:

                                                         C7600 (interface vlan X.X.X.1)
                                                   Gi1 /   / Gi2    
                                                       /   /      
                                                     /   /        
                                                   /   /          
                                         Gi20  /   /  Gi21
                                              3560   (interface Vlan X.X.X.2) LAYER 2        


The default gateway for the 3560 is X.X.X.1 (c7600 vlan interface). The 3560 has an interface vlan but works in layer 2.

Can someone tell how to configure the giga etherchannel and load balancig for upstream and downstream?
