Smallest by size, power consumption, and mass: 7301 (1u, carry it
around casually under your arm)

Smallest by capabilites:  7202 with npe-100 (not recommended, way deprecated)

Smallest by price: 7010 with rsp7000 and vip2-40 (you can likely
dumpster dive for it and you get what you pay for)
