If you are also changing name servers you need to move the zone files
and make the necessery changes in the respective registry / registrar.

If you are only changing server IP's, not the authorative name servers
for you domain, standard procedure is to change the TTL (time-to-live)
on the A records to something very short (say, five minutes) at least
24 hours before you actually move the servers. Once you move them,
change the records in the name server and put the TTL back to a
reasonable level. This way, you won't have to wait for long until all
other name servers have the new information.
