[c-nsp] CEF Scanner eating CPU in Supervisor 720

SRA has the newer CEF MPLS integration. SXF does not.
I'm busy giving training this week so I've no been able to wrap back around
with Peter yet to try and get a more clear picture of what
exactly is happening.
If anyone can recreate it in the lab I'd appreciate it.
