[c-nsp] Supressing iBGP advertisement of more specifics

Is there a method to instruct IOS to automatically
filter out all announcements of more specific
prefixes to a particular iBGP neighbor, whenever
a valid less specific is available?

The intent is to reduce memory usage on the
neighbor router while not resorting to default
routes nor aggregation to preserve reachability.
