[c-nsp] router boot prompt

Post the full bootup sequence.
Make sure you have a valid image on your PCMCIA card or flash disk.
Remove all other files from bootflash other than your -boot- image.
Remove all boot statements from your config.
Make sure your config-register is 0x2102.

If that doesn't work hit it with a bit fat hammer. :)
