[c-nsp] CISCO7304 vs CISCO7304-CH

Hi!

Can anybody tell me what is the different between "CISCO7304" and "CISCO7304-CH" 
in the price list?

CISCO7304-CH:
Channel bundle:chassis,NSE-100,PWR-AC,MEM-512,CFM-64,IOS,FAN

CISCO7304:
4-slot chassis, NSE100, 1 Power Supply, 512MB Memory

So a CISCO7304+FAN+CFM+IOS = CISCO7304-CH ?

And the maximum memory in the 7304 NSE-100 is 512Mbyte? Or can i upgrade it to 
1024Mbyte?
