[c-nsp] atm0 going down every five minutes (DSL: Defect: LOS LOF LCDi: retraining)

I believe that you can't set it from your side (I could be wrong, I don't 
have any routers now that I can play with), but you could ask service 
provider to lower it. 8 Mb/s downstream may not be the real problem, it 
could be related to the upstream speed. 4M/512K should work for up to 3 km 
over sewer pipes ;-)
