[c-nsp] atm0 going down every five minutes (DSL: Defect: LOS LOF LCDi: retraining)

Probably not - I was setting up an 878 the other day, that has it.  I
also seem to remember it from 838 and even 828.  Those are all G.SHDSL
routers, admittingly, as opposed to ADSL.
