[c-nsp] Cisco 7301 running at 99% CPU doing iBGP update

:) yah, should do some researches more.

It was happened last couple days to my gateway.
As I was pinging from other direct gateway, it migh be the CPU more than 
95%.
Couldn't issue sh proc cpu, at that time as the gateway responded slowly.

Thanks anyway Rodney, next we should watch in detail.
