Interesting. What does "exec slot <n> show contr tofab queue" as well as
"... frfab queue" have to say? Take a look at

on how to read this.
Sine you seem to be HW-switching the packets (the LC-CPU is not
utilized), there seems to be some congestion anywhere.. you may want to
contact TAC with the full details of the box..
