[c-nsp] Cisco Aironet Configuration

Hey guys, I am sort of new to wireless protocols and encryption.  We have a
cisco aironet 1200 running IOS

Cisco Internetwork Operating System Software
IOS (tm) C1200 Software (C1200-K9W7-M), Version 12.3(2)JA5, RELEASE SOFTWARE
(fc1)

We want to setup

network authentication: wpa-psk
data encryption: TKIP

I wanted to know if you guys can assist me in finding a guide on how to
configure this or a sample config.  Thanks in advance...
