[c-nsp] differential delay

I am trying to find some authoritive source that defines a recommended
maximum differential delay threshold for bundled T1s (trying to develop
best-practice guidelines for provisioning). Or evidence of service
problems caused by excessive differential delay. Nothing good on Google
that I can find.

Bonus question:

What is the default maximum differential delay value for Cisco MP, MFR,
IMA? How do you view this or modify it?
