Hi All,

I'm having an issue with an NRP2 Card related to the MTU Size. We use
the Local Telcos LAN X services to connect our POP sites together, in
this case we have an ATM interconnection to the telco, and at the remote
site we are provided with an Ethernet connection. We have had this
loop working for the last few months between and NRP1 card and the Cisco
7200 at the remote site with no issue. As our needs have grown we now
need to upgrade that older NRP1 card to an NRP2 I moved the
configuration from the NRP1 to the new NRP2 card and when I moved the
PVC I was no longer able to pass traffic to the remote site with packets
larger then 1480 bytes.

Here is a quick snip of the interface on the NRP2 card

interface ATM0/0/0.72 point-to-point

 mtu 1500

 ip address X.X.X.X 255.255.255.252

 no ip redirects

 no ip proxy-arp

 ip ospf network broadcast

 ip ospf cost 1

atm route-bridged ip

 pvc Greensboro 1/72

Has anyone ever seen any issues with these cards? We do have other PVCs
that are connecting some other devices to this card and they seem to
work fine with 1900 Byte packets (the max MTU that the card supports).

Any assistance would be great.
