[c-nsp] Warm reload in SP images?

IIRC, I first tested it in 12.2(18)S2 or 3 on the 7200.

Of course I reserve the right to be utterly wrong.

Hi Sean,

    warm reload is supported in 12.2S and related branches like 12.2SX
as well as 12.3T, 12.4, 12.4T.  There is no support for warm reload /
upgrade in 12.0 (and child branches) or 12.1 (and child branches)
