Hello, in a real network, what are the pros and cons of using OSPF areas ? I see the following pros: * reduced routing tables (visually when doing a 'sh ip ro', and in RAM) thanks to summarisation * reduced CPU usage since route flaps are not seen outside of the area and the following con: additional complexity.
