RFC2547Bis section 10, option B states:

An ASBR should never accept a labeled packet from an EBGP peer unless
it has actually distributed the top label to that peer.

Has anyone verified that this is honored by vendors, namely vendors
CSCO and JNPR?

I'd very much would like to test it, but unfortunately only have
smartmetrics not terametrics suite for smartbits :(. So I can't
immediately think of way to inject 'hostile' label and more precicely
monitor if it has or has not been delivered.
