[c-nsp] BGP dampening enabled or not

Hi guys,

I'm wondering who actively use BGP dampening feature enabled or who
doesn't.
Occasionally our customer BGP sessions were flapped, and saw their
traffic not recovered to normal for some time.
Is there any place I can check which providers enabled BGP dampening or
which providers not?
If you can tell whether your company/provider have enabled BGP Dampening
or not, or what dampening attributes, I will appreciate it.
