The summits are workgroup/campus switches. Naturally in a sp you 
configure allowed vlans.

However in the enterprise environment it becomes a very nice source of 
pain to the point that first thing you do is screen scrape all ports in 
the path to check for vlan membership.

Now add a new one. rinse repeat.
