Are you talking about sup memory, or MSFC memory? Is it the sup2/msfc2
platform?

Subject: [c-nsp] DRAM for 12.2(18)SXF4
I see that Cisco has now updated IOS Upgrade Planner for this release.
It used to show that 512MB of RAM and 128MB of flash were required. It
now shows 256MB RAM and 32MB flash. I was planning on getting 512MB of
DRAM but now that they've updated the requirements I'm not so sure. I
already have 256MB of DRAM. We're running 12.1E and I have 159MB free.
Do you think I would be fine just staying at 256MB? It sure seems like I
don't need to go to 512MB now but I don't want to run low.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
John
