[c-nsp] private ASN

Albi,
Is there any reason why you are giving up your Public ASN? We use our
public ASN over our private MPLS network and Verizon/MCI didn't have any
problem with that.
You could use a GRE tunnel to communicate with your DR site, but what
happens to your inbound traffic when your main site goes down
completely? Maybe it's not a huge problem with your business, but unless
you're running BGP, the outside world is not going to "seamlessly" be
able to reach your existing addresses.
You could also look at using the same provider for your DR site and
using the private ASN, but you'll sacrifice redundancy by depending on a
single carrier.
