I have been trying to find information on what enhancements have been
performed with Engine3 LC's vs. Engine2

Any assistance in locating White Papers on this would be appreciated. I
have the following link which explains the Engine2 quite thoroughly
however I am trying to find more details in what architectural design
enhancements have been added to the Engine3's...
