[c-nsp] FIB TCAM Exception Cleared

Which sup are you using? Is the routing stable (peers, prefixes)?
There should have been an corresponding earlier FIB TCAM exception at
some point, like:
%MLSCEF-SP-7-FIB_EXCEPTION: FIB TCAM exception, Some entries will be
software switched
Meaning, you have run out of FIB TCAM space & so some prefixes will
be software switched.
The message you are seeing should occur when there are no longer too
many entries to fit in the FIB TCAM. Which suggests you have a
flapping neighbor or some bogus routes being injected or something.
