[c-nsp] OSPF -> BGP for customer routes

Hello,

we are in the process of changing from OSPF to BGP for our customer routes
(and keep only PtPs and loopbacks in OSPF).

I still have two questions:

1. how do I inject a default route in BGP (the equivalent of OSPF's
"default-route originate")?

2. do I need to adapt dampening parameters for the iBGP? I wouldn't
like a customer to be blackholed for 30 minutes if he flaps 3 times.

Thanks in advance,

Vincent
