Is there a way to directly configure cross-over connectivity on a WS-X4148-RJ? I have noticed that if you leave speed/duplex set to auto it will autodetect it, but as soon as you've set either then it no longer does. Is there some other configuration command that'll let me designate a port as 'crossed' ? Thanks, Ras
