That's a low *utility* voltage alarm on the AC bus, check to be sure you're
using a large enough cordset, and the utility power isn't sagging
excessively. If you're unsure, get an electrician to verify that you're
indeed seeing 115/120V hot to ground, and 208/220 phase to phase. It might
be you've got some bad AC power issue, or you might have the 240V PSU on a
208V or 220V supply.
