[c-nsp] Disester recovery planning

Hi,

We are trying to setup DR site for few of our services. At primary location
we have loadbalancers (vip - 172.15.1.2) from which traffic go to respective
server. To setup DR site, I have to configure same vip i.e. 172.15.1.2 on DR
location and this will end up in IP conflict. How can I configure my router
to achieve the same? We have OSPF implemented in our network.
