ADSL2+, yes, the new 876 and 877, I believe.  They're CPE's, though.
Central office
equipment in ADSL is a DSLAM, Cisco has those aswell, but I don't know of anyone
actually using them. :-)  Regarding ADSL2+ DSLAMs, you could try the
Alcatel ISAM's, Zyxel IES series (which I recommend) or some Paradyne
product...

I don't think Cisco has a VDSL2 product (I'm not even sure that
standard is properly out yet).
