Um, this is pretty plain vanilla? We use:

Cisco:
interface POS1/0
 ip address ...
 encapsulation ppp
 crc 32
 pos framing sdh
 pos scramble-atm
 pos flag c2 22
 no cdp enable

Juniper:
so-0/0/0 {
    clocking external;
    encapsulation ppp;
    sonet-options {
        rfc-2615;
    }
    unit 0 {
        family inet {
            address ...
        }
    }
}
