[c-nsp] LS1010 stop passing traffic between ATM interfaces

Hi all,

I have a LS1010 (running ls1010-wp-mz.120-28.W5.32a.bin), and I'm having
some problems with it. Basically, I'm just using it to switch some ATM
PVC's from one side to another, and suddenly the LS1010 stops passing
traffic.
The LS1010 isn't part of any ATM network, as far as I know. The PNNI
stuff is there from several years ago, I just started working here and
I'm trying to fix all the issues now. The LS1010 were running an IOS
from the year 1996, so I did an upgrade a couple of days ago, to try to
fix the problem. When I see that the LS1010 stop passing traffic between
the ATM interfaces, I do a reload, and the LS1010 starts working again.
Sometimes, I can even delete the PVC's and put them again on the config,
and that's enough to fix the issue, but this doesn't work all the time.
Only the reload works every time.
The LS1010 is passing little traffic (under 10Mb at peak hours), and
the config is very simple, so I don't know where to start looking for
problems. On both ATM interfaces (the ones that I'm using) I see
incoming traffic, but zero output traffic when this problem arises. The
Ethernet interface is just being used for admin, not to pass traffic.

This is the config:

Anyone can give me a hint here???? where I should start looking?
