[c-nsp] CEF fun w/ 224.0.0.0/4 in 12.2(33)SRA..

Hi,

Back in Dec 2005 there was a thread on CEF auto-repair, affecting 
earlier 12.2(18)SXF etc. series:

Now I see this on two boxes (sup32, sup720) running 12.2(33)SRA and 
SRA1, with different slots:

prefix entry for 224.0.0.0/4 in FIB table IPv4:Default [scan-rp-lc] 
reason: missing

auto-repair executed
(repeated every 6-8 minutes)

with 'show cef table consistency check' you see:

 Inconsistency statistics: 202 confirmed, 2/16 recorded

 Prefix entry for 224.0.0.0 in IPv4 table 0 present on RP, missing on slot 5
 Detected at 5w3d by scan-rp-lc

 Prefix entry for 224.0.0.0 in IPv4 table 1 present on RP, missing on slot 5
...

Where 5w3d equals the uptime -- these just showed up when I turned on 
cef consistency checking and reporting.

'clear cef linecard 6' (or 5) doesn't help.  Comparing 'sh ip cef' and 
'show mls cef' prefix output shows that only 224.0.0.0/4 is missing.

I couldn't find anything relevant in the bug toolkit.  Anyone seen 
this?  How do you fix this?
