[c-nsp] IPV6 for Vista?

Hi folks...

Has anyone been following this discussion?

Does this mean that ISP's like most of us will have to implement IPV6 to
end users (such as DSL/Cable) for some of the new features to function?
Just wondering if anyone has followed this in detail as Vista is coming
whether we like it or not in the new year...;)
