[c-nsp] Source port based PBR on GSR

I am trying to setup PBR on a 12k GSR which would forward packets to  
a next-hop address based on the source port.  For instance, I would  
like to forward all packets with source port 80 to a next-hop  
address.  Is this possible on the GSR?
