[c-nsp] Bug ID CSCdz13198 - TCP source port matching in ACL not supported for redirect actions???

There is apparently a Cisco bug ID (CSCdz13198) for the GSR platform  
which says Cisco does not support  source port in the ACL for precam  
lookup (redirect actions).  Has anyone had any exposure to this?  I  
have used source ports in ACLS for use with PBR on other platforms,  
but not on the 12K GSR.
