[c-nsp] SOLVED: BGP advert problem...

It was the outbound upstream as-path access-list, it wasn't allowing
customers with prepends to be advertised.

It needed to be ^(27498_)+$ to allow for prepends.

If I understand correclty, you are receiving 67.110.152.0/24 from one peer 
and trying to advertise it to another.

Could you do:

sh ip bgp reg $^
sh ip bgp reg ^27498$
