[c-nsp] snmp "ifSpeed" of WS-X6704-10GE returns 4Gbps instead of 10

Just found "ifHighSpeed" which returns the right value ;)
ifMIB.ifMIBObjects.ifXTable.ifXEntry.ifHighSpeed.67 = Gauge: 10000
ifMIB.ifMIBObjects.ifXTable.ifXEntry.ifHighSpeed.68 = Gauge: 10000
ifMIB.ifMIBObjects.ifXTable.ifXEntry.ifHighSpeed.69 = Gauge: 10000
ifMIB.ifMIBObjects.ifXTable.ifXEntry.ifHighSpeed.70 = Gauge: 10000
