According to this, you should be able to access your PCMCIA card by
doing:
sh disk1
You can TFTP the 12.3 image by copying it to 'disk1:'
Then to boot, write this to your configuration:
boot system flash disk1:12.3_image_you_uploaded.bin
Save to NVRAM and you're good to go.
