[c-nsp] Graphing ATM bandwidth on 7301

Hi,

We have a cisco 7301 running 12.2(28)SB1 with an ATM interface (AAL5 
encapsulation). When reading the bytes counters we get the "pre-ATM" 
bandwidth, which means that our bandwidth stats are generally about 30% 
below the actual line utilisation.

Is there some way I could get the actual bandwidth utilisation off of 
this router? Perhaps if there was some way to get cells/second then I 
could just multiply that by 53 bytes.
