[c-nsp] 3550 12g layer 3 IOS

Being this is a layer 3 switch don't I need the EMI IOS?  If I'm wrong
then I'll install the IP services code.  It's just I can't loose all my
routing as it is the Core of the local network for my main site.  I'm
just looking for 12.2.25see2 if at all possible.

The Switches Software section of the Downloads area shows 12.2.25-SEE2,
both IP Base and IP Services, as newest for the 3550-12G. Looks like
Upgrade
Planner shows the same. The only deferreds I'm seeing are 12.2.25-SEB1,
12.2.25-SEA, and 12.2.25-SE. I'm curious where on the site you were
looking?
